Hello
I changed my primary email address yesterday and have gone back in to Outlook to start working but I have none of my existing emails in my inbox or any of my existing folders
Can you please advise

Hi there and welcome Phil

When you change your primary email you actually change entire accounts so you basically have a new account now, hence why you see no emails.
