Edward, do you still need help with this?
Ahh I see.
Do you have the option there to request Remote Assistance? (on your end)
OK bare with me a couple of mins, I will contact billing and see if they can get it going. In the meantime, go to the following site:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/Scroll right down and click Download tool now
Upon opening the tool you should see a window asking you to accept or decline
Great work, Edward. You can try booting from the DVD as it is now.Put the disc in, restart the computer and press either Esc, F11 or F12 (or press all simultaneously) repeatedly to see if you get an option for where you want to boot from.Select the DVD drive so it boots from the Windows 10 installation disc and see if you can follow the wizard.Let me know how it goes!
I will contact you when I am next online and we'll go through it together so we make sure everything is backed up properly, don't you worry!Regards,Martin
