Hi, I have lost the ability to open links coming in on emails. I am using Outlook 2007 and it has been working fine for many years.

Can you tell me please what happens when you try to open a link in an email? Are you getting a specific error message?

Click or double click gives me nothing . No error message, no link. There is an email in my box at the moment which should allow me to go to Thameswater.co.uk

Click on Download in the middle of the page

Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect

It is a program, like any other program, if you did my instructions it is now installed on your computer, so open it please and you see the ID and Password

Downloaded it 6 times and it doesn't power up and give me an Id etc

you need to run the file after downloading it...
