I am having a nightmare trying to reactivate my hotmail

hello i am having a nightmare trying to reactivate my hotmail account as microsoft have suspended it cos I have tried so many times i have been told i have successfully re started it but am then unable to verify it can you help please the initial error message is0x80048862

Can you tell me please exactly how you access your hotmail account?

Is it via a program? eg: Outlook 2013? Or via your internet browser eg: Internet Explorer?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

Can you please hold the home and power buttons on the iPhone for about 10 seconds until you see the apple logo then release.

Let the iPhone restart and when it has, tell me if you can now delete the messages.

where would i get a password ***** teamviewer its asking me to select what I want to do with it would it just be a one off remote and are you classified as private or a company
