Are you using Sky email on Microsoft outlook ?

Which is the operating system installed in the PC.Is it Windows Vista, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10?

Windows7 on maiun computer, Windows 8 on Microft tablet

When did this problem started and are you getting any error message on windows live mail?

same issue on 2 home computers, tablet and mobile phone
No new messages since 10th August (were on holiday)
Error messages on email Server Just going to check what it said

No luck as I had to alter Sky password and was supposed to verify the change by email. guess what no emails

Can't access as I can't sign into Sky because I couldn't verify password ***** I never received an email from them

You mean you tried to reset the password ***** you couldn't do it because they are sending the password ***** link to your same sky email account which is not working am i correct ?
