I just need Microsoft, to provide me with a method of getting a new password, having forgotten it, but the first question their system asks is your password.

My Microsoft outlook account (just noticed a problem I have used***@******.*** when I should have used h.deburiatte @outlook.com) but the problem is still valid. Can u help.
