When I go to outlook for my emails i have lost the far left

Resolved Question:

when I go to outlook for my emails i have lost the far left hand column which shows number of emails received and sent, and all the named folders where i store selected folders. It must be a simple task to restore this but i have not yet found a way. Please help a very frustrated user, many thanks, ***** *****

OK using the computer that has the issue, go to the link below and click on Join your Session then select Download and allow the app to run, if you get a message about "unknown developer" go to System Preferences / Security & Privacy / General tab and at the bottom click on Allow Anyway, then look for my messages on your screen: http://mikethemacmedic.com:8040/?Session=0a980d43-8cdc-4ed5-bc48-c408934b8369

Here is the link to join the remote session.

When you click on it, you will be taken to a new web page......there you need to READ and FOLLOW the instructions.

Once you do, it will auto connect, and i will message you once completed.
