I've just bought a lenovo thinkcentre with windows 10. when

Hi, I've just bought a lenovo thinkcentre with windows 10. when i was setting up i noticed clock was wrong time, it wouldn't register my changes so i restarted it - and now demands a password ***** let me in! it's not recognising any of my passwords - is this a microsoft loggon or a lenovo? i have no hair left!!!

It seems like it is a local account that has been setup, if it was a microsoft account (if it showed your email address) then we could have resetted it easily, but since it is not you will need to reset the PC and set the account again. I hope there is nothing important on the system. To reset, you need to hold the shift key, and whilst still holding it click the Power icon on the lower right corner, and choose Restart. Once it restarts, choose Troubleshoot -> Reset this PC and follow the prompts on screen to fully reset the system. After the reset, you will be able to set it up again like new.

it's now resetting - I didn't have any files in it, only took it out of the box yesterday, only had it open have an hour before i restarted. i didn,t put any passwords in. don't know how long this will take - then we'll see.
