No. These are 2 accounts that I mean or referring to. First, it is a Microsoft account. However, the email address that you used to create or sign up a Microsoft account is a btinternet email. In itself, btinternet is a separate email account. So my question is, are you able to access that btinternet email? (I am not referring to the MS account)
