I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

ok, I do not know which web browser you have, you never told me this so it makes it very hard to assist when not having all information...
So I provided you an alternative method to get your emails to which you replied
"I DO SEE THEM!
When asked if you see your emails, then you now reply
"All I want is my email"
Please try to understand Barbara, it is confusing to have these statements from you, you either do or you do not see your emails.
I understand but take into account please without knowing the programs it is like fixing a car without knowing which car you are using.
