Expert:  Tim replied 8 months ago.

i did not ask you for anything, the site may have. If i was to remote in, id do it the cheapest im allowed to, 5.00 USD. If not, i am MORE than hjappy to send you in for a refund, or pass you off to another tech

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
if I ask you to remotely connect I am happy to pay you 5 us dollars but will the site charge me £22 in addition
Expert:  Tim replied 8 months ago.

Yes, they will. The site takes 50% of what ever the question value is, i take the rest, the 5.00 goes to me. I see my half in USD for the question as 15.65 USD
