on the webbrowser screen press prtscreen button on the keyboard and then paste it on windows paintbrush screen and save the picture then you post it over the chat box by clicking on the paperclip icon.

no worries download the tool adwcleaner and run it.

download the program and run it then run scan and once scan is complete select clean and reboot.

This will fix the problem.
