No problem David

Can you please go in Safari to the Safari menu then reset Safari

Then tell me if Office opens please

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Hi againI've gone on Safari (top left hand icon) and the options are About Safari, Safari Extensions; Preferences; Clear History; Services; Hide Others; Quit SafariI don't know how to reset Safari
Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

ok, then for your version, choose Preferences, then advance

Then choose Show Developer Tab

Then you see Develop in the menu, choose this and choose Clear Cache

Then try office please

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Sorry, this isn't helping. Having selected Preferences, I've got a page headed Advanced, with icons as follows :- General; Tabs; Autofill; Passwords; Search; Security; Privacy,; Notifications; Extensions; Advanced. There is no reference to Advance or Show Developer Tab.Please advise
Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

yes, you need to click on the Advance tab, the one to the very right

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

yes, you need to do the rest of the instuctions please I gave you before

Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar

Now from the menu bar click Develop > Empty Caches

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I can't find Show Develop menu. Please clarify which menu bar you are referring to.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

The Advance Tab

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.

Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar

Now from the menu bar click Develop > Empty Caches

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I'm having difficulty following your instructions. Pressing the Advanced icon, having pressed Preferences, doesn't make anything happen. However, as there is a Develop icon at the start of the Safari menu, I have pressed Develop. The menu that is created includes Empty Caches. Pressing this produces nothing.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 month ago.

yes, now restart the Mac and try the site please.

You have done now the instructions I asked
