I have forgotten the password to my outlook.com account and

Hello
I have forgotten the password ***** my outlook.com account and have filled in the required forms with emails sent from the account and the headings for those mails but have not received any reply. I have an old phone where the outlook.com still works but on my new phone with sim I can not install my outlook account as it is asking me for the password. Can you help or advise ?

I filled in everything but no response. It does say that they will consider if they will let me change my password ***** maybe they just won’t let me. Strange as it is working fine on my other phone but I guess that is already logged in. I will try again later today. Thanks.
