After a Windows 10 update this morning I cannot print from Word or Excel. It's seems to be the print spooler and / or usb point. Please can you help?
Assistant: What's the make and model of your computer? And what version of Excel are you using?
Customer: The printer is an HP deskjet 2050 J510 and it's excel 2007.
Assistant: When did you purchase your HP? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've had the printer over 10 years and have tried HP and Microsoft troubleshooting - starting the spooler service has been running about 15 minutes.
