got a 2.4 4g69 engine outlander 2004 , it is suffering low

got a 2.4 4g69 engine outlander 2004 , it is suffering low tick over rpm , stalling and a misfire , have checked vacum pipes , pipes between rocker cover and inlet manifold , cleaned throttle body , new spark plugs and had a scan on ecu for error codes and only thing coming up is cooling fan circuit error , any ideas ?

hi yes and its within the pressure guidelines at the fuel rail

Ok is there any abnormal noises coming from the engine at all or smoke from the exhaust,thank you.

hi no smoke , no abnormal noises , when its under load it drives ok a bit under powered but smooth

Honestly what this issue sounds like and is consistent with is a exhaust flow problem,meaning the exhaust is partially restricted somewhere. The best way to find this out is to have the exhaust system checked out using a heat sensing tool.
