If you have a hard start issue when cold but okay when warm, then the following test should be done .

1 Glow plug system,

One or more glow plugs may be dead ,or the glow plug system is nor working .

Have the glow plug system checked first .

Then one other problem could be the fuel primmer .

This is the fuel filter housing on the fire wall just under the intercooler .

You should first do the following in the morning when the engine is cold, on top of the fuel filter housing is a pump, pump this until hard may take 10 -30 pumps of the hand, ones hard switch ignition on and try and start ,if she starts then replace the primer pump .

If still having an issue starting then have the glow plug system checked .

Need further assistance then please get back to me .
