In answer to your question, the first thing that needs to happen is that you need to have an EEG to make sure that you do have epilepsy.
If you do, then you will need to take medication and be seizure free for a certain amount of time before you can drive again.

Anyway, don't jump to conclusions. Your first step is a referral to a neurologist to make sure that you have epilepsy (or not). They will be able to tell on EEG.
