Ask a Neurologist and Get an Answer ASAP
Hello, Sir. Have you been having any problems with your sinuses (congestion, pain, discharge) or any cough?
Sorry I missed you. Headaches with tingling sensations might represent migraines or tension headaches (also called muscular contraction headaches).
If this is a new problem for you and is persistent or progressive, you should be examined by a doctor and have some screening tests performed.
Spitting up blood can be a sign of anything from a bloody nose leaking into the throat, to a case of bronchitis or pneumonia, to a more serious condition involving the liver or blood.
If this persists or worsens, especially if the quantity of blood is large, you should also go in to see your family doctor for an evaluation.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions about this.
