Hello
I am not really sure what your questions is.
This can all be from panic and anxiety.
However, limited mobility and loss of balance can be neurological.
You first need a neurological exam, and testing before this can be considered a result of panic.
Labs should include.
All routine labs.
Thyroid studies.
B12 levels
Heavy metal screen
And others.
I suggest you take this to your doctor immediately.
OK, so that is an initial answer….
