Hi .

Loss of power and black smoke is a sign of over fuelling ,

Could be the air filter and inlet air system has a restriction ,check the air inlet before the filter and after for sucked in plastic bags etc.

Getting to much fuel due to a faulty injectors (Even new once)

MAF sensor dirty this is a typical issue with this engine remove and clean with MAF cleaner .

EGR system malfunction also a very common issue ,

Have the management system checked for codes if you have any this may point you in the right direction for a quick and good repair .

Need further assistance with this then please get back to me ,
