Hi .

You have a big problem with the NAT system ,all i can suggest you do in your case is call out your local locksmith .

He will come to your location and check with his diagnostic scan tool
what malfunction you have with in the NAT system , looks like you have a key communication error .

Here are two sites you can use to find your local locksmith .

http://www.locksmiths.co.uk/

http://www.advanced-locksmiths.co.uk/ukpostcodes/locate.php

This will be a lot easier and cheaper than calling out the dealership .

If you still need further assistance then please don't rate, just get back to me with the reply button, and I will get back to you or inform another expert to assist.
Also there is no extra charge after accepting .
Kindest regards Greg

what else could it be

Hi Emma .

You will have to get your car to a repair shop with the neaded diagnostic scan tool to check and read for any malfunction codes in the NATS system.

NATS antenna amp located in the ignition key cylinder is probably the problem .

Communication line between ANT/ AMP and IMMU:
Open circuit or short circuit of battery voltage, line or ground line

Are just a few things that could cause this issue , so a diagnostic scan tool has to be hooked up to your car to diagnose .

If you still need further assistance then please don't rate, just get back to me with the reply button, and I will get back to you or inform another expert to assist.
Also there is no extra charge after accepting .

Kindest regards Greg
