well unlikely this is the endometriosis causing this
and with a negative pregnancy test and given you are 44, more than likely this is just perimenopause and not a pregnancy
Other reasons for not having a period and not being pregnant could be a thyroid condition which is easily checked with a TSH thyroid blood test
