I'm confused - you say you have irregular periods, but then your period arrived - so how do you know you were not due for your period?
I usually have regular periods on time but the last month i got it a week late and this month it is early

Well more than likely since you are still fairly young - your period was just late, then early - and that is fairly common
Are there any risks of pregnancy?
To make sure you are not pregnant, then do a pregnancy test - that is exactly what we do as an ob/gyn - as that is the ONLY way to know if you are pregnant or not - and USE a good pregnancy test such as one from Clear Blue, First Response or EPT.
UNLIKELY you are pregnant since YOU did get period = and to prove this - do a pregnancy test is you are concerned.
so I do NOT think you are pregnant.

ONE other thing - you should check your thyroid with a TSH thyroid blood test
SOmetimes your thyroid can cause irregular periods - so checking your thyroid would be wise to do

thyroid problems are common in young women and easily treated with simple medication such as synthroid
