Dr Owen :

Hello

Dr Owen :

are you still taking the cerazette daily?

Customer:

Yes I am taking it daily and always around the same time, and no later than an hour later

Dr Owen :

okay - well cerazette is a hormone - and if you are taking them daily you will NOT get a period normally

Dr Owen :

but once you stop you will get once is known as progesterone hormone withdrawal and hence this will cause a period

Customer:

Is it best for to stop in the coming days and then get my period or is it best to keep on taking it daily until I get my period?

Dr Owen :

You will not get a period if you keep taking -

Dr Owen :

once you stop taking them you will get a period

Dr Owen :

the cerazette is preventing you from getting a period -

Customer:

Is that the case with every hormone tablet?

Dr Owen :

Let's just say they SHOULD

Customer:

I would like to take a kind of pill where I am guaranteed to get my period around the same time limit between 28 + 40 days

Dr Owen :

if they do not, then either your body does not agree with that hormone tablet or the dose is too low

Dr Owen :

Then I would suggest taking a tablet called Loestrin

Dr Owen :

that is a good tablet to take

Dr Owen :

I hope this helps
