Last night I was going to have with a guy (Im a girl)

Resolved Question:

Last night I was going to have sex with a guy (I'm a girl) but he couldn't get it in (I'm a virgin). We did not use a condom. Even though he didn't actually penetrate me, we did try to get it in without protection.
Is it still possible for me to get pregnant because of pre-cum or something that came out on me even though it wasn't inside me? Should I take an emergency contraception, or am I safe?
Also, usually I have no problem getting wet or horny, but when I have been drinking I somehow become impotent, or whatever it's called. Is this normal?

Dr Owen :

Hello

Dr Owen :

When is your NEXT period suppose to arrive?

Dr Owen :

How often do you START your period - usually somewhere around every 24 to 35 days?

Customer:

In about a week, I think

Customer:

yeah

Dr Owen :

can you be more specific - I really need specifics - (the word "about" does not help)?

Dr Owen :

Also, what DATE did you Last 3 periods start - in May, April and March?

Dr Owen :

I am assuming you do not know for sure any of these dates....

Dr Owen :

So while it is VERY Unlikely you are going to get pregnant from what you have described.....

Customer:

From the first day of the cycle it takes almost exactly 28 days until it comes next time. I usually write down when it starts an whe it stops, but because of exams <i havent really though about it

Dr Owen :

I would USE the Emergency Contraceptive PILL - JUST to be safe so that you can absolutely Make sure you will not get pregnant.

Dr Owen :

and given you have stress from exams - just take the EC (emergency contraceptive) - that would be the BEST thing you could do to put your mind at ease

Dr Owen :

the pill is SAFE and you do not need to worry about anything

Customer:

Alright, then I'll do that. Thanks. What about STI?

Dr Owen :

I would not worry about a STD/ STI at this point...

Dr Owen :

because he did not enter you.

Dr Owen :

When you are done with exams - get a pelvic exam with 'Cultures' for all STDs just to be sure - but I do NOT think you will get a STI from this.

Dr Owen :

I wish you well
