Yes. That can be treated as usual while you are pregnant.
I would also recommend going on suppression therapy starting at 36 weeks.
The goal is to avoid an outbreak at the time of delivery so that you can try and deliver vaginally.
If there is an active outbreak at the time of delivery, you want to avoid having the baby exposed to it so that would necessitate a cesarean section.
The suppression therapy looks to avoid that issue altogether.
