In routine urine test we can detect so many things like protein, billirubin, blood cells, pus cells dipstick. This method gives only qualitative measurement not quantitative.By finding the change of color we can grade the presence of any particular substance by +1,+2 etc.+2 means presence of more than +1 but it does not give exact amount present in ml of urine. We can find the exact amount of the substance by examining blood.
In your case +1 billirubin high specific gravity,+1 protein are not alarming sign as this sort features are found in normal pregnancy but because of this findings you should be evaluated by examining of your blood for liver function test, serum albumin to know exact abnormality if any.
Thank you
