Resolved Question:

Hi.
My LMP was 28.5.15.
My baby was born 4.3.16.
I have regular 28 day cycles.
I had sex with someone late evening of 31.5.15 at end of my period. I don't believe he ejaculated.
Had regular sex a week later (every 2 to 3 days).
Midwife seem 98% certain baby is man 2.
I had a hcg count at 4+2 and was 282.

HiYou had your LMP on 28/5 and so the sex act on 31/5 could not be responsible for the pregnancy in anyway. Please ask any question if you have. Thanks

Are you certain?
My child looks darker (hair and marginally skin) than my other child (man 2).
My mother is darker.
We are both very fair skin.

Also is this exchange confidential? It won't be available on the Internet will it for 3rd parties?
Expert:  DR PRABIR KUMAR DAS replied 1 year ago.
Yes I am certain as ovulation is not possible after 3 days of normal menstruation.

Can sperm live for a week? If I ovulated early would I have been given an earlier due date? Had a few very early scans and all were consistent with gestational age. I'm sorry I just need to be sure.

Also my hcg wasn't too high for 4+2? Was it in line with conception around mid June?
Expert:  DR PRABIR KUMAR DAS replied 1 year ago.
No sperm can not remain alive more than 72 hours.Due date is given according to LMP , not according to ovulation.
