I am sorry you are having such bad anxiety symptoms and intrusive thoughts

you need to see your GP doctor about your anxiety symptoms

there are treatments with medications which can help.

your GP doctor can also set you up with a psychotherapist to help you with therapy which can help.

I am due to go back on Friday, I have been given sertraline but this seems to have exacerbated the symptoms and caused other side effects and bleeding. Shall I stop taking it
Expert:  Dr. David replied 2 months ago.

no, you should continue to take the sertraline.

it can take sertraline 3-4 weeks to start working.

you need to give it time to work.
