I have a Canon LBP5050n A4 Colour Laser printer which refuses

Customer Question

I have a Canon LBP5050n A4 Colour Laser printer which refuses to print.
The last page I printed was printed on Glossy Photo paper in error.
The `Paper Jam' message is illuminated and there is a `clicking' sound when I turn the printer on.
I have dismantled the machine as far as I can safely by removing the document tray and the toner cartridges as well as opening the back to ensure that there is nothing trapped there.
No foreign body has dropped into the paper hopper and there is no visible sign of an obstruction anywhere.
Your observations will be welcome.

Thank you Just Answer my name is ***** ***** I will help with your question. I have a few questions to help me with your problem.
Did the photo paper go all the way through the printer?
Was the glossy paper melted?
I think the problem is the fuser, the fuser melts the toner to the paper and it is very hot, glossy photo paper tends to melt in the fuser and then when the fuser cools the residue from the melted paper causes the fuser to seize up.
