Resolved Question:

I have a 4-set of Panasonic KX-TG6724 DECT. The screen on one unit has gone blank and the screen on a second unit goes blank intermittently. Both units are fully charged. Can you suggest any resolution please? With thanks, Bob

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Bob. Unfortunately, this is most often a failure of the internal lcd screen assembly. You can try removing batteries from them for 15 minutes to reset, and it also wouldn't hurt to swap the batteries in the "bad" ones with the ones from the "good" handsets, just to verify that it isn't an issue of a battery not holding charge well or outputting low voltage.Beyond these steps, the handsets would need to be replaced. They just are not feasible to repair. You may order replacements here: http://amzn.to/1PXv2D7however for the costs involved, it sometimes makes more sense to just replace the entire system at a lower price and end up with a fresh warranty in the process: http://amzn.to/1PXviSI

Hi Nathan. Thanks for the advice. I have tried fresh batteries and the phone unit works ok for about 10 minutes then the display goes faint. I have put in fresh batteries this morning and the effect is the same. Looks like a replacement system!! Thanks again
