going back down on your thyroid hormone can help get you back to a more normal thyroid hormone level
it is normal to have to do these thryroid hormone adjustments sometimes.
you want to make sure your TSH level is in between 0.3 and 3.0
also you can be referred to an endocrinologist
who is a hormone expert who can do more testing to check on the status and function of your thyroid gland.

so if your thyroid gland sometimes is producing some hormone, then the 125 might be too much.
so this could be good news for me
if your thyroid gland is not producing enough thyroid hormone, then the 100mcg might not be enough.
well, it means your might be having variability of your thyroid gland making thyroid hormone.
which can make it tricky to keep a stable level.
by cutting down your dose, your heart rate should get better
