Yes a subpleural metastasis is in fact very common with colon cancer.

That's the problem . No mention on ct re peritoneal but we had a letter from the oncologist which stated possible peritoneal disease? I'm confussed y radiologist would not mention this in his report

Not on ct. But the oncologist in his letter has said poss peritoneal disease . Could the

obcologist seen something on images and maybe the radiologist missed ?
