Customer Question

I wish to program the ARS codes on a panasonic PABX - KX-TEA308

I want to force any mobile phone number, eg begins with 07, dialled into CO 1 or 2, to use CO 3 as it uses a mobile free tariff.

HI,

Pages 74-79 of this manual covers ARS programming:

http://www.nte.ltd.uk/getafile.php?file=pan%20kx-tea308%20feature%20guide%20-%203mb.pdf

I hope that will allow you to do what you need, but if you have any difficulty let me know and I'll see if I can help further.

Best Regards,

Richard

Hi,

Could you be more specific please.

Are you able to get into System Programming?

Is there a specific part of the ARS setup instructions that you are having problems with?

Best Regards,

Richard

Hi,

Assuming that you can get into System Programming the last example in the table at the top of page 77 is similar to what you want to do. I think the programming steps for you would be:

1. 351 > Next > 07 > * > Store > End
2. 360 > Next > 1 > 0 > Store > End
3. 364 > Next > 1 > 3 > Store > End

Let me know if this works, if not what this did and I'll have another look.

Best Regards,

Richard
