UNABLE TO GET A LINE OUT FOR 2 DAYS. GOT THROUGH TO 0800 800 151, BY MOBILE: XXXXXXXXXXX THEN TOLD I AM NOT A BT CUSTOMER. FINALLY FOUND AN AUTOMATIC MESSAGE LINE & THAT 'PERSON' TESTED LINE AND TOLD ME FAULT AT MY END.

FOLLOWED 'FAULT REPAIRS' & READ GUIDANCE - FINE - BUT UNABLE TO DO IT BECAUSE I'M 80 & CAN ONLY BEND/KNEEL WITH GEAT DIFFICULTY.
