In less you have reason to believe these 2 things are related, they almost certainly are not – it may just be coincidental that your data cable was bad and now the charger is bad. The only exception is if you think that some sort of power surge externally like lightning that may have affected both low voltage and high voltage cabling. But in any case, we can very likely find a replacement charger for you if you are certain the battery is okay. I will say that more often between the battery and the charger it is the battery that will have failed. There are many things that can cause a battery to fail that do not affect chargers. If you have a way to test either, that would be ideal so we are sure that we are replacing the correct part.
If you suspect the infotainment charger is at fault, it is most likely under warranty. If you can tell me when it is that you purchased it, I can check that for you.
