IS this only a problem with the hot water?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes, just the hot water. The heating is all fine and works well. There's no pattern either, sometimes it can be fine, others it's impossible to get more than a few seconds. Both with the heating on and without.

There is a hot water thermistor that controls the hot water, but it depends on whether it actually fires or not as to whether this is at fault?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

It seems to fire, but but that could be the heating part working?

Ok, but is the water staying hot or does the heating get hotter?
