Hi is there a type of extension pipe to connect a p trap to drain pipe and I think the drain pipe may be a smaller size too

Hi do you have to use your p trap? To extend the soil pipe any less than about 8 inches is awkward as the fittings are 4 inches long you could use this instead. http://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-wc-con8f-90-flexible-pan-connector-110mm-outlet/28262

Hi, It sound like you will need to extend the drain pipe to the ptrap - this will involve cutting the drain pipe and installing a pipe joint - then measure and cut pipe to ptrap length.
