Hi . There will be a means of filling the system . It will be either a filling loop , usually under the boiler with a short flexible hose and a tap . Can you see a hose like this anywhere under the boiler ?

Hello . Alternately it will be an inbuilt filling valve located just under the boiler and operated by a key that looks like this http://worcesterboilerspares.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=147¤cy=GBP&language=en
This key if you have it will usually be stuck to the botXXXXX XXXXX plastic pull out tray that slides just in under the bottom of the boiler
