we have a worcester cdi 40 combi boiler in our small business but 3 of the rads are not heating. We have bled them and the valves are working. Where else could the fault be

Hi , do they have thermostatic radiator valves on one side?

Yes but these have been removed to check if the pin will move up and down and they seem ok

Hi , it could be that the washer inside has stuck down onto the valve seating. I usually tap the valves gently with a hammer which manges to dislodge them from within the valve. If this doesn't work then the valves would need replacing. I don't think it is likely to be anything else
