I have just noticed that there is a constant flow of 'cold'

Resolved Question:

I have just noticed that there is a constant flow of 'cold' water going through the tundish in our airing cupboard. There are no problems with heating or hot water currently, but I'm worried there might be a problem with the pressure reducing valve. Ordinarily there's a slow drip, but at the moment it's like a tap has been left on. Advice would be gratefully received.
