I am looking to convert a building into a restaurant driven boutique hotel that will have 8 rooms over 2 upper floors. What type of boiler will I need to service all the rooms? Any estimation on costs?

I have done a few of these applications and currently working on a 4 story Boutique with 15 floors of apts above.The most common approach lately is ductless systems that are stand a lone or use magicpak ducted systems. This way 1 boiler shutting down does not affect the entire building. These units heat and cool and can also allow individual temps in different areas.
