Do plumbers regularly freeze pipes for repairs and are there any real risks? Am selling house in5 days time but have leak in toilet. Plumber unable to turn off waterwith indoor stopcock and outdoor one broken and awaiting repair. Don't
want to leave leak unrepaired but also don't want to cause other problems.
