I have an aquilisa electric shower which has started leaking

Customer Question

I have an aquilisa electric shower which has started leaking water from the bottom. I have changed the outlet tube and attached a new hose to the shower head, but after 1 shower it has started leaking again. What else could be the problem and what can I do to rectify it. Thank you.

The leak could be caused by a faulty washer where the hose is connected to the shower unit or a failed component inside the shower unit.
With the shower running, can you see if the water is coming from, is it around the shower hose?
