When I turn on the cold tap, it starts off a bit warm then gets colder, but then it starts to warm up for about 5 seconds then goes cold, is this somethoh to worry about? Thanks

ok, if you have a cylinder then it will be a standard boiler.

we have a gas system as well, which you have to ignite. So yes we have a gas boiler?Kind regards
