I could install the software without any problems on my old laptop which had Windows Vista Basic. Please tell me what I need to do and you can start a screen sharing session.

I've clicked the link 4 times and each time I get back to your reply. I think this isn't going to work either.

I am not clear reading back through your Q&A session, if you tried installing the printer drivers in XP Compatibilty mode?
