Hi We have a Pixma iP4600. I have just changed the Cyan ink

We have a Pixma iP4600. I have just changed the Cyan ink and this is correctly installed but am getting a message C000 Printer error has occurred. Have tried rebooting printer and computer but error message still showing. Help appreciated :)

Please open the printer cover and let me know, if the cartridges can move to the replacement position or seems to jammed ?

Moved OK when I replaced the cartridge abd afterwards but now is jammed and I notice the replacement has risen slightly and is slightly wobbly so would appear something has broken

Have inserted new cartridge

As you said it is now jammed, can you try to slide the printhead with your hand, after powering off the printer ?

Moved cartridge cradle to right and rebooted and now working OK so thanks for your help.
