Customer Question

HP office jet wireless 6500. 'Rasping' noise as the paper first loads. Sometimes copy print hs indentation at top right corner otherwise copy is good. Followed all instructions regarding "creased, torn, folded copy' Can't find any obstruction or damage?
Removed duplexers. All roller and shafts run freely.
Loking into back of printer, right hand black plastic gear
Wheel appears to be a 'spacer' not attached to the St/ St shaft? Black Shaft at bottom left looks distorted slightly along with the outter plastic case?
Printing with the duplexer off (carefully) rasping noise still occurs but cannot see where it is coming from.
