Brought a printer just over a year ago and it does not work

Brought a printer just over a year ago and it does not work anymore, in such that it appears to be unable to feed paper in.

What are my rights here

Hello my name is Freddy. I look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
Before we start I want to make sure you understand it is possible that you will need a new part and although I wish I did I have no control over this.
What model printer is it?
What exactly does it do when it tries to feed a page?

it is an advent WIFI AIO AW10


 


When trying to print it does not pull the paper into the printer correctly, I have tried single sheets, I have checked to see if it is obstructed.

code 3533, paper getting so far in then it appears to loose the ability to feed the paper further

You got that error when making a copy?
That is a print head error, have you already tried cleaning the machine?

It shows that code but says paper jam, clear all paper press ok

The code is a print head error, the jam could mean the print head is the jam.

I see, ok erm , how do you mean by clean the machine

Let's try doing a manual cleaning of the machine and see if that helps at all.
If you have any trouble or get stuck at any point please let me know so I can help you.

Remove all the ink cartridges from the machine.
Then clean the contacts on the cartridges as well as inside the machine itself.
Do this with a small amount of warm water on a cotton swab until no ink comes off on the swab.
If any of the other cartridges are low, empty, leaking or bulging replace them.

Now once you have done all of that turn off the machine and unplug it for 70 seconds
Plug it back it and wait for the insert cartridges message
Insert the cartridges and check to see if the problem is still there.
